After you create your account, you will need to click on Opportunities in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. The grant application will be listed.

Grant recipients can also complete their grant evaluation forms on the new portal, as well. The evaluation form is listed under Opportunities.

Grant Applications are due by September 15.
